Installation instructions:
The feeding switch for the backward switch, there are two rotation direction, respectively for the spiral positive and reverse control. Forward feeding, reverse feeding box can be the remaining material from the lower end of the valve discharge.
The reducer couplings should not be stuck in the installation, after the installation of the reducer couplings should be pulled freely, to avoid motor overload burn. Flange screws can be properly adjusted during installation.
The pipe tail screw thimble should not be installed too tight to avoid the screw being bent on the top, which may cause the screw to touch the feeding pipe wall when rotating. After the top thimble, pay attention to screw the thimble and tighten the nut to prevent the thimble from loosening. Be aware of this each time the spiral is pulled out, cleaned, and put back.
